Booking Policy: 
When booking in for a service online, you must do so 24 hours in advance of the time you wish to book. This allows for adequate preparation.
You must also give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booking or it will be charged whether or not you show up.

Please make sure you have Zoom downloaded and a device available to use.

This policy gives respect for both parties time.
